Join this 8-week-program to better health by nourishing your senses with food and fitness!

Starting on the day before the fall equinox, you can choose to join either the online group that meets every Thursday from 6PM to 7PM  or the online group that meets Tuesdays from 10AM to 11AM for 8 weeks using webinars. We will cover the following topics:

  1. What do we need? Setting health goals and starting the day off right
  2. Healthy choices: carbohydrates, fats, and protein/ making your home and workplace your gym
  3. Fruits and vegetables for the fall season and incorporating physical activity
  4. The digestive tract: fiber intake and ways to increase your metabolism
  5. Different types of oils for cooking, dressings, and sauces
  6. What’s right for you? Diets varying between non-vegetarians, vegetarians, vegans, pescatarians, raw foods, and macrobiotics
  7. Fighting Cravings & the emotions of eating: Guest speaker.
  8. Maintaining health & utilizing cleanses

At the end of each session you will be required to come up with two additions or changes you will be making to your diet and lifestyle for you and/ or your family.
